Supervision, ethics and transparency

FINOVA and its credit intermediation activity are subject to supervision by Banco de Portugal. Our brand follows strong ethical principles and the applicable Banco de Portugal rules. For that reason, we provide several formal channels for submitting complaints.

Procedures

You may submit your complaint by emailing apoio@finova.pt or by using the dedicated form on this page. FINOVA will review and respond as quickly as possible. To support the review, please include, whenever possible, the date of the occurrence, the communication channel used, the people or partners involved, and any other relevant facts.
