What are the main steps until I get the keys?
The process is divided into 6 key stages: 1) Simulation and feasibility: we analyse your income to estimate borrowing capacity. 2) Document collection: we prepare your file for bank submission. 3) Bank approval (decision): we receive offers from several banks and choose the best option with you. 4) Property valuation: an appraiser confirms the property value for lending purposes. 5) Final offer issuance (ESIS/FINE): the bank formalises final conditions. 6) Deed/signing: final signature and key handover.
