Regulatory declaration.

FINOVA is the trading name of Susana Cardoso Montenegro Santos de Vasconcelos, a credit intermediary authorised by Banco de Portugal under register no. 0008496, in the tied credit intermediary category, with no exclusivity arrangement. Activity covered: mortgage credit. The register can be consulted at bportugal.pt.

Remuneration for credit intermediation is paid by the lenders, after the credit agreement is concluded.

REMUNERATION

How we are paid.

FINOVA’s remuneration is paid by the lender (bank) the client chooses, as a commission calculated on the amount of credit granted, and only after the credit agreement is concluded.

If the client does not go ahead with any of the offers obtained, no remuneration is due to FINOVA or to any lender. This applies regardless of the type of credit intermediated.

Complaint channels.

Any client may make a complaint directly to FINOVA (by email or through the internal form), to Banco de Portugal, in the Livro de Reclamações (the official complaints book) or to CACCL/CNIACC for alternative dispute resolution. Full details on the Complaints page.
